A cesspool is different than a septic system. A cesspool is a dry well that is used for the disposal of raw sewage. If the proper soil conditions allow the liquids will leach out promptly. A small amount of solids may leach out as well over time and some of the solids will decay. Some of the solids may accumulate in the well eventually blocking the escape of the liquids causing it to overflow and fail. We can come and pump out the cesspool before it gets to that point.
